of Chi Epsilon Chapter

Members who have been initiated to the Chi Epsilon Chapter must contact Nathan Washington or Eddie Baker to ensure their seal of membership is affixed to their diploma, graduation brochure and transcript.

Note -- Failure to notify the faculty advisor of completion of your degree may result in the omission of your name in the Graduation Brochure and delay having the seal affixed to your Diploma and the notation on your transcript. Please take the time to complete the form below to ensure a timely process.

Southwest only holds one commencement ceremony at the end of the Spring semester of each year.
