Each month during regular semesters the Chi Epsilon chapter holds members meetings to inform them of any upcoming events, chapter announcements, or potential involvement of campus activities. Active members seeking active status to receive a stole and tassel are credited 1 meeting credit for each monthly meeting they attend.
The October 1, 2011 members had the opportunity to experience a new catering company's food. ULY's provided food for everyone who attended the meeting. ULY's is owned by Chi Epsilon Vice-President LaQuisha Rucker-Fields.
